A leaking thirty-year-old roof replaced with stone-coated tiles, gutters and new fascias.

Several trusses had rot at the bearing points and had to be repaired before the new roof could go on.

Selective truss repairs, new underlay, stone-coated tile roofing, gutters, fascias and flashing.
